Our branch features an impressive selection of trade and designer paints, wallpapers, and all the decorating tools and materials our customers need whether they are professional tradespeople or DIY enthusiasts. The branch opening hours are Monday to Friday 7am – 5pm and Saturday 8am – 5pm. Managing a team of three, you will play a vital part in serving customers and keeping the branch running smoothly. Responsibilities

Be able to demonstrate management or supervisory experience in a similar or relevant role Have experience of developing a team Have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business Be enthusiastic and proactive about selling and be able to inspire staff to achieve high levels of customer service Understand our focus on customer service and other Brewers values Be able to positively represent the Company to a wide range of customers Be able to work on your own initiative Knowledge of the local area would be beneficial

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive excellence Exceptional customer service and communication skills, to understand and translate customer requirements into product recommendations Previous experience in the Decorative Industry would be an advantage but is not essential; full training will be given to the right candidate Approachable, possessing an open and friendly personality – happy to help both customers and colleagues Enjoys working and supporting a team, but can be relied upon to work as an individual at all times A proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business Keen to learn, develop skills, and progress within our industry Willing to attend training to become a Fire Safety qualified professional
