15/16 Foyleside Shopping Centre, Londonderry, Londonderry BT48 6XY GBR
Hours per Week: 39 hours
️Shift pattern: Full-time - flexibleshift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, we candiscuss this further at interview.
Salary: Up to £33,000 PerAnnum

The Role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll work alongside theStore Manager to:
- Recruit, inspire & motivate a passionate team to exceed targets.
- Drive sales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control.
- Create a fun, engaging environment for both customers and colleagues.
- Ensure operational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management.
What you'll need tosucceed
- Previous experience in retail management, ideally 1+ years
- Passion for customer service & sales.
- Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
- Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers - with full training provided (Optional)
