Job Description:

Our Restructuring & Insolvency Service team is looking for an experienced Senior Executive to join their established team in Manchester. The role involves working with a diverse group, focusing on personal development. While based in Manchester, there may be opportunities to work with Insolvency Practitioners in other regions through a hybrid working model.

The main responsibilities include managing a portfolio of corporate insolvency engagements, primarily Administrations, and occasionally Creditors' Voluntary Liquidations. You will work alongside case managers and officeholders to progress cases proactively.

The role involves acting as the principal contact for assigned cases, preparing statutory notices, assisting with report writing, managing case progression, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with legal and statutory obligations. You will also handle creditor queries, assist with asset realisations, and support the marketing process for business sales.

Requirements include experience in corporate insolvency, proficiency with IPS and Microsoft Office, and knowledge of insolvency legislation. Qualifications such as CPI or ACA are preferred. The candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
