As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a commercially driven and experienced Sales Account Manager to champion our finest foods to some of the hospitality industry’s leading customers.

About the Role

As the Account Manager for Restaurant Sales, you will be instrumental in driving the growth and success of Brindisa’s premium foods and ingredients. Leveraging your industry expertise and passion for quality, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create demand, nurture lasting relationships, and expand our customer base across the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

· Demonstrate a genuine passion for Spanish ingredients and the rich gastronomy of Spain, inspiring others along the way.

· Build and nurture strong relationships with restaurants, hotels, hospitality venues, and catering businesses nationwide, consistently securing new business.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and expand Brindisa’s wholesale network.

· Deliver a ‘best in class’ customer service experience by tailoring products to meet customer needs, ensuring ongoing sales, support and customer care.

· Drive account growth and retention by fostering long-term partnerships that align with Brindisa’s core culture and values.

· Maintain commercial awareness, manage sales targets effectively, and consistently deliver results with regular performance updates.

· Collaborate closely with the wider B2B Sales team as well as buying, supply chain, and warehouse departments to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality products and services.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in B2B account management across multiple roles or years. If successful, we offer

· A competitive salary of £40,000-£50,000 DOE plus annual bonus

· Working hours Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

· Flexibility, primarily office based in Balham with opportunities for hybrid working on successful completion of probationary period

· 28 days holiday pay, rising to 33 days (pro-rated for part-time)
