We are looking for a strong, hands-on Operations Manager to take control of a busy and growing Mexican street food business.
This is not a passive role. We need someone who can lead, organise, and enforce high standards in a fast-paced environment.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be responsible for running the day-to-day operation of the shop: Leading shifts and taking full control of service Managing and correcting team performance in real time Ensuring speed, consistency, and quality under pressure Enforcing hygiene, organisation, and food standards at all times Controlling staff hours, breaks, and productivity Identifying problems and solving them immediately Maintaining discipline and structure across the team

We are looking for someone who: Has experience managing busy restaurant operations Is confident taking authority and making decisions Can handle pressure without losing control Is detail-oriented and notices everything Is comfortable correcting people and enforcing standards Takes ownership and responsibility for results

SALARY
£32,000 £36,000 per year (Depending on experience)
