They are now looking for a Restaurant Operations Manager based in the North West area, a great opportunity for a current operations/area manager or a multi-site manager to join a successful expanding company. You will have full financial and operational accountability for a region of restaurants, will be a passionate foodie with strong financial and commercial acumen and possess excellent people management skills and the drive to succeed. A massive bonus is that the restaurants are predominantly daytime operations, so you will have a great work life balance. We need you to be based in the North West area and to have a driving licence. The role: Full responsibility for a region of restaurants Accountability for multiple P & L accounts, budgets, costs and labour Recruit, train, develop, lead, motivate and performance manage your team Ensure that high standards, compliance and company systems & procedures are adhered to Work with the managers to drive sales Have a keen eye for detail - know what good looks like Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service Work to company targets and KPIs' You will have: Experience as a restaurant/cafe/food led pub/coffee shop area/operations/multi-site/manager in high volume commercial customer facing operations Very strong financial & commercial acumen - P & L accountability Excellent communication, people management, leadership and coaching skills A lead from the front approach and a very keen eye for detail An intrinsic understanding of legislation & compliance The ability to motivate and enthuse people and teams to deliver results A positive and outgoing personality and outlook IT literacy - working with systems & process Apply today Please note: You must be resident in the UK and eligible to work.
