The Role
As the Restaurant Manager, you are the face of the floor. Youll be responsible for:
Leading the Team: Motivating and coaching a front-of-house team to deliver slick, friendly service.
Guest Experience: Ensuring every coffee, brunch, and lunch plate that hits the table is perfect.
Operations: Managing rotas, stock control, and daily health and safety standards.
Driving Growth: Identifying ways to increase midday footfall and keep our regulars coming back.
