About you:
We are recruiting for a talented and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our Team. You would have an eye for detail and be proactive in the Restaurant, ensuring that the Front of House department is run efficiently. You will go beyond and above the call of duty to ensure that every guest receives a lasting and memorable experience and ensure that service is run seamlessly.
Responsibilities:
Handle guest complaints and feedback effectively and professionally
Manage Reservations, seating arrangements, and table service
Oversee the smooth running of the Restaurant, including stock control, finances and revenue reporting
Provide management support to the Senior Management
Support the team through delivering training that supports their learning and development
Uphold, food and safety & hygiene standards
Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives and ideas.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager within a fine dining restaurant or luxury hospitality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and inspire the Team
Passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences
Excellent Knowledge of Food & Beverage service standards
Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.

Start Date: Immediate Start
