We are a premium-casual restaurant and bar in Notting Hill, combining a Josper grill, wood-fired pizzas, a vibrant cocktail bar, private dining, and flexible event spaces within a stylish and welcoming environment that keeps guests returning.

Backed by experienced hospitality owners from the US and Europe, this independent concept is driven by creativity, quality, and genuine guest connection. We are now looking for a confident and hands-on Restaurant Manager to support the leadership team and help deliver exceptional service every day.


The Role

This is a floor-focused, guest-facing position where you will play a key role in the daily operation of the restaurant. Working closely with the General Manager you will lead service, engage with guests, and ensure the team delivers a consistently high standard.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example on the floor, delivering excellent service and guest engagement
  • Support, coach, and motivate a front-of-house team to perform at their best
  • Create a positive, energetic atmosphere that enhances the guest experience
  • Assist with day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • Monitor service standards, cleanliness, and overall presentation
  • Support stock control, ordering, and cost management
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service
  • Help train and develop team members, building a strong and engaged workforce


About You

  • Experience as a Restaurant Manager or strong Supervisor in a busy, quality-driven venue
  • Confident, personable, and passionate about hospitality
  • Hands-on and proactive, with a natural presence on the floor
  • Good understanding of restaurant operations and team management
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
  • Passion for food, drinks, and creating memorable guest experiences
  • Ambitious and eager to grow within a dynamic, independent business
