What You'll Be Doing As General Manager, youll oversee all daily operations, lead and develop a dynamic front- and back-of-house team, and be instrumental in shaping the next era of Richmond Tearooms. From running a high volume service with polish and charm to delivering creative new ideas for events and increased trade. This is a role for someone who thrives on both hospitality and innovation. Key Responsibilities Full responsibility for all FOH & BOH operations Drive revenue through event programming and extended trading hours Staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management Budgeting, cost control, and managing to P&L targets Ensure brand standards and guest experience are consistently exceptional Work closely with the owners to implement growth strategies Oversee local marketing and promotional activity About You Minimum 3 years' experience as GM or senior manager in a busy, fast-paced venue Proven success in growing revenue and optimising team performance Commercially astute with a deep understanding of P&L, KPIs, and operational reporting Inspirational team leader with excellent communication skills Passionate about guest experience with a love for unique, theatrical hospitality Highly organised, proactive, and solution-oriented Why Join Us?
