Our client, a luxury and multi award winning hotel are looking for an experienced and confident Restaurant and Bar Manager to lead their front-of-house team in beautiful historical surroundings.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience of fine dining as well as mixology and bar management. A proactive mindset with fresh ideas and a good grasp of current trends in food, drink, and service are important. You must be well presented with a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills and a flair for creating memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities: Run the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bars, ensuring a seamless and high-quality guest experience Manage stock levels, supplier relationships and orders to maintain quality while controlling costs Use KPIs, sales data and guest feedback to identify opportunities for improving performance Collaborate closely with senior management on new initiatives, seasonal menus, offers and events Manage rota planning and team structures to ensure appropriate staffing for business needs Oversee hiring, training and performance reviews
