The Opportunity As Restaurant Manager of Y Gé, a two AA Rosette Cantonese dining experience, you will lead the operation of our signature restaurant. Reporting to the Director of Food and Beverage, you will take ownership of the restaurants service excellence, guest engagement, team culture and commercial performance. Ensure seamless day to day restaurant operations with consistently personalised and memorable guest experiences. Work closely with culinary leaders to support menu development, seasonal updates and concept evolution that celebrate the artistry of Cantonese cuisine. Strengthen guest loyalty through thoughtful engagement, anticipatory service and attention to detail. Oversee reservations management and floor planning to optimise guest flow, ambience and efficiency. Manage financial performance of the restaurant including forecasting, cost control and revenue optimisation, ensuring alignment with overall F&B objectives. Develop and implement training programmes that elevate product knowledge, luxury service skills and Forbes standard delivery. Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and operational organisation across all service periods. Use guest insights, market trends and competitive intelligence to guide continuous improvement and enhance the restaurants market positioning.
