Due to some responsibilities within the Restaurant Supervisor role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts. Previous event or table service experience is required for this role. Set up event spaces and prepare for service to ensure everything is ready to a high standard. Help create memorable and special experiences for guests celebrating important occasions, including weddings. Support the team on the floor with table service, food running and drink service when needed. Supervise day-to-day service, ensuring smooth and efficient operations throughout the event. Work closely with colleagues to keep service organised, efficient and welcoming at all times. Keep all areas clean, tidy and presentable throughout service.
