Were looking for a dynamic, people-first Venue Manager to lead the front-of-house, own the guest experience, and run the building like its your own.
What youll do Lead, coach, and inspire the FOH team to deliver genuine, memorable hospitality

Set the tone for service energy, standards, and attention to detail

Drive sales while protecting margins, labour, and cost controls

Manage rotas, training, recruitment, and performance

Oversee daily operations: floor, bar, reservations, events, and problem-solving

Build strong relationships with guests and become the face of the venue

Work closely with the kitchen and leadership teams to keep things smooth and aligned

Ensure compliance across health & safety, licensing, and food hygiene

Champion a positive culture rooted in respect, accountability, and fun

Who you are An experienced Assistant Manager ready to step up or an established Venue/GM

Warm, confident, and guest-obsessed you love hosting

Commercially sharp and comfortable working with KPIs and P&Ls

Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure

A natural team leader who develops people, not just manages rotas

Standards-driven, with an eye for detail and a passion for great food & drink

A problem solver who gets things done and leads by example
