Restaurant Manager - About the Role:

As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the café and restaurant operation, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and an outstanding dining experience.

You will lead both front-of-house and kitchen teams, drive operational standards, manage stock and staffing, and support the commercial success of the business.

Restaurant Manager - Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the day-to-day running of the café and restaurant

* Lead, motivate, and develop the hospitality team

* Ensure outstanding customer service at all times

* Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness

* Manage stock ordering, stock control, and minimise wastage

* Prepare staff rotas and ensure appropriate staffing levels

* Monitor performance against sales and profitability targets

* Ensure full compliance with food hygiene, health & safety, and company policies

* Support seasonal promotions, events, and business growth initiatives

Restaurant Manager - Requirements:

* Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality management role

* Strong leadership and people management skills

* Excellent communication and customer service abilities

* Experience in stock control, budgets, and commercial performance

* Sound knowledge of food safety and health & safety regulations

* Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and busy trading periods

* A full valid driving licence and access to your own car are absolutely essential for this role
