Ideally you will have a strong food service background with a firm understanding of helping run front of house.. you will enjoy working closely with your team and the kitchen and have a strong attention to detail for the clientele .. The perfect background would include previous RM experience.. You will be working for one of the most progressive clients in the region and alongside a strong Head Chef.
