The Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our restaurant setting the tone, leading from the floor, and ensuring every member & guest experience is effortless, generous and memorable.
You will take ownership of the day-to-day operation, working closely with the kitchen, senior leadership team and front-of-house colleagues to deliver consistently high standards, without ever losing the personal touch that defines The Eden Club.
This is a hands-on, operational role, suited to a confident leader who thrives in this environment and takes pride in developing teams as much as delighting guests & members alike.
What Youll Bring
Were looking for someone who combines operational excellence with genuine hospitality:
Proven experience in restaurant management, ideally within a 3 Rosette/Michelin star environment
A strong understanding of rosette-level service delivery and what it takes to maintain consistency at all times
A people-led leadership style calm, supportive, and clear, with high expectations and high care
A natural presence on the floor, leading by example and building confidence within the team
Excellent organisational and communication skills
A passion for service, detail, and creating environments where both guests and teams flourish
