You'll be joining a friendly, hardworking team with a shared goal: delivering exceptional service to every visitor.As Restaurant Manager, you will take full responsibility for delivering exceptional food quality, service standards, and an outstanding guest experience, in line with Restaurant Associates' values and client expectations at RHS Garden Wisley. You will lead a customer-focused team to consistently deliver a premium dining experience.You will provide clear leadership through effective communication, coaching, and development, ensuring high standards across all areas. With full ownership of the restaurant's P&L, you will drive profitability, control costs, and maximise revenue.Using booking and reservation systems, you will manage capacity, optimise table planning, and ensure a seamless guest journey. You will also use guest feedback and performance data to support continuous improvement.Working closely with the wider team, including kitchen and senior management, you will ensure strong collaboration and contribute to initiatives that enhance the guest experience and overall business performance.Due to the location of Wisley RHS Garden it is essential that you are able to get to and from site without relying on public transport.Shifts:Shifts will vary between Monday to Sunday.
