Duties And Responsibilities Related To The Host/ess Role
Previous experience in a guest-facing role within a premium dining or hospitality environment is preferred. You are an excellent communicator with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a welcoming and polished atmosphere for every guest.

- Welcome and greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
- Manage the reservation system, coordinate seating, and optimise table allocation to support smooth and efficient service
- Work closely with the restaurant team to ensure seamless daily operations and memorable guest experiences
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism, providing clear and accurate information about menus, services, and facilities
- Liaise with other hotel departments to accommodate special requests and contribute to overall guest satisfaction
