What are we looking for from the successful Restaurant General Manager?
Lead day-to-day restaurant operations with full P&L responsibility Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing team, creating a great place to work Drive exceptional guest experiences across dine-in, drive-thru, and delivery Champion Health & Safety and food safety standards, ensuring compliance at all times Deliver consistent commercial results, setting clear targets and holding your team accountable Create succession plans and develop future leaders within your team
What experience are we looking for?
Proven experience in managing large teams in a fast-paced hospitality or retail environment Strong leadership skills able to motivate, coach, and develop people at every level A sharp commercial mind with the ability to analyse performance and drive profit growth Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive under pressure during peak trading Excellent communication and influencing skills A real passion for people and guests putting them at the heart of everything you do
