Responsive Repairs Engineer

1.Provide a flexible, responsive, high quality general repairs and maintenance service for domestic and commercial properties, 2.Participate in all tasks necessary for the upkeep of property and grounds. 3.Maintain a high quality of service in all aspects of the role, and adhere to health and safety in all working practices. 4.Work as part of a team. 5. Ensure site is always left clean and tidy. 6.Ensure company property and tools are taken care of and maintained appropriately. 7. Be part of an out of hours on-call service which provides assistance with emergency repairs to properties serviced/managed by the Company out of office hours. 8. Be aware of any other defects/repair requirements in properties, report these into the office. 9. Remain alert to any other issues that might occur within properties and ensure that these are reported into the office where necessary. 10.Support any volunteers/trainees on duty. 11.To maintain professional boundaries in line with Company policy, in particular with our customers residents. 12.To attend a...
