Responsible Individual (RI) Childrens Complex Care Chichester £400 per day (4 days per month)

We are recruiting for an experienced Responsible Individual (RI) to support a specialist childrens complex care package in Chichester.

This is a rare opportunity to work with a high-quality provider delivering bespoke, person-centred care to a 15-year-old within a 4:1 support model.

This position offers flexibility, autonomy and the opportunity to provide high-level governance and oversight within a premium complex care setting.

The Role As the Responsible Individual (RI) , you will oversee the quality, compliance and safeguarding of a single high-acuity package, ensuring the service operates in line with Ofsted regulations and best practice standards.

This is a part-time contract (4 days per month) , ideal for experienced RIs or senior leaders seeking a flexible consultancy-style role.
