Requirements
- Proven experience in resource management, workforce planning, or a similar operational role within a professional services environment
- Experience within a law firm is advantageous but not essential
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and challenge where appropriate
- Commercially aware, with the ability to balance business needs with individual development considerations
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills, including experience working with data and reporting tools (Excel proficiency preferred)
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to operate autonomously
- Resilient and confident in handling competing demands and resolving issues effectively

- Hybrid working available
- Opportunity to join a growing and highly visible function
- Broad, business-facing role with real impact on team performance
- Collaborative and supportive working environment
