The Vacancy The Department Resource Manager provides people leadership, oversees engineering capability and deployment in support of engineering excellence whilst driving cross-team collaboration, one team together. Providing people leadership, support for team leaders and team members with a focus on supporting people development through on-the-job training, in-house training and external training courses aligned to PDPs and the department and MTC's strategic focus.
