I’m working with a market-leading advisory firm in the retail & leisure sector, looking to hire a Valuation Surveyor into their Birmingham team.
This is a role where you’ll step beyond traditional reporting and get involved in real, business-focused valuations.

What you’ll be doing:

Valuing going concern businesses (petrol stations, convenience retail, leisure assets)
Producing high-quality valuation reports
Building relationships with banks, operators, accountants & investors
Developing your own network and generating business
