Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to join a dynamic Residential Valuation team in London. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of valuation work, including residential development, investment, and viability assessments, for a diverse client base across the public and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out Red Book residential valuations for a range of clients including developers, lenders, housing associations, and local authorities
  • Prepare detailed development appraisals and market research reports
  • Advise on residential investment and development opportunities including PRS, BtR, PBSA and affordable housing schemes
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders, attending meetings and presenting advice
  • Work collaboratively with planning, development and viability teams
  • Support junior surveyors and APC candidates where applicable
  • Contribute to business development and client relationship management

Requirements:

  • RICS qualified and a Registered Valuer
  • Experience in residential valuations (development or investment)
  • Strong report writing and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with valuation tools (e.g. Argus Developer) desirable
  • Strong communication and client-facing abilities
  • Self-motivated, professional, and a team player
