Residential Valuation Surveyor – Liverpool – £50,000 - £65,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus\n\nBased from Home \nSimple and lucrative bonus structure \nModern surveying practice \n\nWhat’s on offer\n\n£50,000 - £65,000 basic salary\n£4800 annual car allowance\nProfit share\nBased from home\nMembership fees paid\n25 days annual leave plus BH’s\nGreat benefits package including Private Health Insurance \nTSA Surveying are working with a very modern and ambitious Residential Surveying firm who are privately owned and cover the North West, South Yorkshire and North Yorkshire.\n \nThey are wanting to add an experienced surveyor to cover Liverpool. \n\nThey believe in a team effort where everyone shares in the success of the company. They work together closely as a team supporting each other in developing expertise in residential surveying.\n\nYou will be conducting Valuations for ledning purposes and Level 2&3 Surveys if you have the experience to do so. \n\nDue to the level of work this firm have, they are also open to speaking with Surveyors who just do Valuations. \n\nExperience and qualifications you will have\n\nAssoc RICS, MRICS or FRICS\nCurrently VRS registered or meets the VRS criteria as a sponsored member\nTechnical expertise in residential surveying\nProficient in MS Office\nExperience using iPads and apps\nAble to work from home
