As a Childrens Support Worker, you will play a key role in promoting the emotional well-being, independence, and rights of the young people in your care.

Working as part of a supportive team, you will help ensure that every child feels safe, respected, and empowered.

This home supports young people with: Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) ADHD Autism Key Responsibilities: Delivering consistent, high-quality care in line with individual care plans Supporting the emotional, behavioural, and social development of young people Helping young people make informed choices and develop life skills Maintaining a safe, structured, and non-judgemental environment Requirements: A minimum of 6 months experience working with children or young people in a similar setting A full UK driving licence A calm, compassionate, and empathetic nature A proactive and resilient approach with a strong can-do attitude What We Offer: Competitive pay rates with additional supplements A clear pathway to a permanent position Ongoing support and training to help you thrive in your role Please note: The successful applicant will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check as part of our rigorous safeguarding process.
