Residential Support Worker - Children's Residential CareLocation: Bridgend Salary: £28,195 per annum Hours: Full time (shift pattern available on request) Contract: PermanentWe are recruiting a Residential Support Worker to join a small, consistent and dedicated team supporting children and young people within a nurturing residential home. This role is ideal for someone calm, resilient and passionate about helping young people achieve positive outcomes.You will play an active role in the day to day running of the home, supporting the young people through structured routines, consistent care, and a commitment to safeguarding.About the RoleAs a Residential Support Worker, you will help create a safe, stable and supportive environment where children and young people can thrive.
