Here at TeacherActive, we are working closely with a children's home provider who are currently recruiting a residential support worker to work in a Children's home in the Newark area on a permanent basis.
The role:
Supporting children who have experienced trauma in their life Requires staff who are patient, understanding, nurturing and able to provide a therapeutic approach 39hrs a week spread out over Monday-Sunday Rota based role, changing week by week Requires staff to be able to work through holidays Essential:
Experience in a children's home/residential setting/similar setting Desirable:
