Childrens Residential Support WorkerWe are currently recruiting on behalf of a client providing both childrens supported accommodation services within Bournemouth.About the RoleAs a Childrens Residential Support Worker, you will act as a positive role model and parental figure, supporting young people with their daily routines, emotional wellbeing and personal development.You will be working within small, supportive teams to help create a safe, nurturing and structured environment.Shifts & Hours-Long day: 9:00am 11:00pm + sleep-inMorning: 7:00am 9:30am (next day)3-week rolling rota:Week 1: 2 shiftsWeek 2: 2 shiftsWeek 3: 3 shiftsTotal: 115.5 hours every 3 weeksBenefits-Opportunity to transition from temp to permanentFunded qualifications:Level 4 Residential Childcare (or Level 3 depending on eligibility)Specialist training including:PRICE restraint trainingDevelopmental TraumaTherapeutic ParentingMeals provided on shiftSmall, supportive team environmentsRequirements-Aged 21 or overFull manual UK driving licenceMinimum 6 months experience in residential childcareComfortable completing sleep-in shiftsIf youre passionate about making a difference and supporting young people to thrive, wed love to hear from you.JBRP1_UKTJ
