This is a busy, high-energy role where no two days are the same. You will help people stay safe, build independence and work towards everyday goals that make a real difference to their lives. Working pattern : Due to the nature of the service operating 24/7, you will be required to work any 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis , which will include a mix of weekdays and weekends.
