Residential Support Worker Children's Services

- £29,800 - £36,000 per annum, depending on experience and level
- £50 per sleep-in paid on top
- Full training with support towards Level 3 or Level 5 qualifications

- Complete reports, records and day-to-day household responsibilities
- Previous experience in residential childcare or supporting young people
- Understanding of safeguarding and care planning processes
- Experience working within structured residential or care environments
- Ability to support or guide others within a team setting
- Willingness to complete relevant childcare qualifications
