Our client, an established and well-regarded Scottish law firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join its busy and growing property team in Edinburgh.

The Role

You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload, including purchases, sales, re-mortgages, transfers of title, and new build transactions. The role involves regular client contact and collaboration with colleagues across the firm.

About You

  • Scottish qualified Solicitor (NQ - 5 years PQE, or similar)
  • Experience managing residential conveyancing transactions
  • Strong organisational and client relationship skills
  • Commercial, proactive and team-focused approach
