Job Description As a Residential Property/Plot Sales Solicitor/Associate your duties will include

Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters for HNW clients as well as dealing with plot sales transactions and options for commercial clients. Review and draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to property sales. Liaise with clients, developers, and external solicitors to ensure smooth transaction processes. Provide expert legal advice on residential property matters. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards. Maintain accurate records and keep clients updated on transaction progress. Contribute to the development of the team and the firm's property practice. Support senior team members with complex property transactions as required.

The Successful Applicant A successful Residential Property/Plot Sales Solicitor/Associate should have:

A strong background in residential property law and plot sales. Proven ability to manage a busy caseload with accuracy and efficiency. Excellent communication and client management skills. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work effectively as part of a team within a professional services environment. Relevant legal qualifications and membership of a recognised professional body.
