Leading Sussex practice seeks Residential Property Solicitor or ILEX to take over existing caseload offering 50% home/remote working.

You will be joining this established practice which can trace its roots back to the late 1800’s regularly attracting lawyers from established regional and London practices.

Working from the firms modern town centre offices you will be joining a team of 10 fee earners dealing with the sale/purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties which include seafront apartments, family homes, investment properties, RTBs and new build developments. Any experience with residential lease extensions, enfranchisement or rural/country properties would be an added advantage. xrlawcv

Candidates should be Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers able to run a full caseload with minimal supervision, full admin/secretarial support is on hand.
