A Top 60 UK Law Firm have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, ambitious, and client-focused Residential Property Senior Associate to join an award-winning department in Reading.

The team handles a wide range of non-contentious residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, equity transfers, first registrations, and lease extensions.

The firm embraces modern working practices, case files are managed electronically, and hybrid working is available. Attendance in the office is typically around three days per week, depending on client and team needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a broad caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
• Provide guidance, supervision, and mentorship to junior colleagues.
• Maintain a high standard of client care and service delivery.
• Work collaboratively within a supportive, high-performing team.
• Stay current with legal developments in property law and share knowledge within the team.
• Proactively develop and maintain strong client and professional relationships.
