As part of a team of 16 qualified Solicitors, you’ll be assisting 4 Senior fee earners. This means you’ll have close supervision internally and a wider support network should you need assistance.

The residential team work closely with their market leading private client department. The firm can therefore provide tailored advice to international clients, particularly when it comes to complex tax issues.

Recent deals the team have worked on include £20m+ sales and remortgages in the Super Prime market in London.

There will be variety. As well as leasehold and freehold sales and purchases, you’ll work on a variety of matters involving issues around property investment, development and financing, in addition to handling Shariah compliant financings
