My client is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join their team in Wimbledon, London.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a varied caseload of residential property transactions, providing expert legal advice and high-quality client service.

Key Deliverables:

• Provide clear, practical, and timely legal advice to clients on all aspects of residential property transactions including sales, purchases, leases, and mortgage matters. • Take full responsibility for cases from inception through to completion, ensuring all client needs are met efficiently. • Keep abreast of relevant legal developments and industry practice changes affecting residential property law. • Handle confidential and sensitive client information professionally and discreetly. • Manage diaries, schedules, and attend client meetings, ensuring effective communication throughout the transaction process. • Liaise effectively with external parties including estate agents, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and other solicitors. • Manage own time and workload effectively, supporting colleagues and contributing to the smooth running of the team. • Provide regular case updates and reports to colleagues and clients as required. • Ensure all paper and electronic files are maintained to the highest standards, with accurate and timely completion of all necessary documentation. • Keep client records up to date on the fi...
