Salary: £55,000-£70,000

Position Overview: My client is seeking a skilled and motivated junior residential property solicitor or licensed conveyancer, between 2PQE and 4PQE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling their own residential caseload of sales and purchase files for HNW clients.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage a varied caseload of residential property files, including sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold properties, transfer of equity, and remortgages.
  • Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely updates and strategic advice.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal services.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, including networking and marketing efforts to enhance the firm’s profile in the property sector.


Qualifications + Experience:


  • Qualified Solicitor or equivalent Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively and efficiently.
  • Demonstrated client-focused approach with a strong commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
