Residential Property Solicitor (1-2 PQE) Location: Essex | Hybrid Working | Permanent What's in it for you? The Role You will manage your own varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, supporting the Head of Property across a wide range of matters, including:
Sales and purchases Freehold and leasehold transactions Remortgages Transfers of equity New build matters
You will be responsible for delivering a high standard of client care while maintaining strong attention to detail and effective case management. About You
Qualified Residential Property Solicitor (1-2 years' PQE) Confident managing files from start to finish Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Professional, proactive and client-focused
