We're working with a well-established and highly regarded firm who are looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their busy team in Milton Keynes. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor or legal executive who enjoys managing transactions from start to finish while contributing to a collaborative and forward-thinking department.

The Opportunity

You'll handle a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, delivering a consistently high level of client care while supporting the wider team. The role also offers the chance to get involved in mentoring junior colleagues and helping the firm adopt new technologies to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
  • Providing clear, proactive and high-quality client care
  • Supporting colleagues with workloads and team collaboration
  • Assisting in the supervision and development of junior team members
  • Supporting the adoption of new systems and technologies to streamline processes
  • Attending networking and business development events to help grow the firm's profile

The Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 4-5 years' PQE in residential conveyancing
  • Strong technical knowledge across residential property transactions
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and communication skills
  • Able to work confidently both independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive, professional and self-motivated
  • Calm under pressure with strong time-management skills
