Excellent new opportunity for an experienced residential conveyancing lawyer to join this well established firm in London.
 
Our client is a respected firm with an excellent reputation for property work nationally and with a particular appetite to strengthen their high end residential offering in London.
 
The firm now seeks to appoint an experienced residential property lawyer with a minimum of 5 years PQE to play a key role in the department. With strong experience of handling high end residential sales and purchases (often acting for wealthy clients including celebrities) remortgages and transfers of equity relating to freehold and leasehold properties, you'll also be a confident developer of relationships with local brokers, agents and other intermediaries. You may also bring experience of leasehold extensions, enfranchisements and Building Safety Act sales and purchases.
 
You'll be joining a well-regarded property team in a great firm which has an open, supportive and collaborative feel.
