Key Responsibilities:
Manage a range of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, new builds, equity releases, and re-mortgages.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documentation for residential conveyancing.
Oversee transactions from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
