My client is currently seeking a Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer to join their law firm in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.

The Role You will be responsible for managing a high-volume of residential property matters, running your own files from instruction to completion. You will liaise directly with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties, ensuring transactions progress smoothly and deadlines are met. You will also use the firm’s conveyancing platforms and case management systems to maintain a high standard of documentation, compliance and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:
