A London-based law firm is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (2-5 PQE) to join its growing property team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a full-service firm with a strong reputation in the residential property space.


About the Role:


This role is ideal for a confident conveyancer who enjoys working independently and thrives in a busy environment. You’ll be expected to manage your own caseload and handle 10-12 completions per month, with full support from a collaborative team. The role reports directly to the Head of Department, who allocates work based on individual strengths and experience.


The Ideal Candidate:


  • 1-2 years PQE in residential conveyancing
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience handling transactions from instruction to post-completion
  • Able to work independently and manage a consistent caseload
  • A positive, proactive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for the work
  • A solid billing track record and commercially aware


Firm Overview:


This firm operates with a flexible model blending consultants and salaried employees. While property is their largest and busiest department, they offer full-service legal support to a wide client base. Offices are based in the City (The Strand), but the firm embraces remote working. Team members are expected to attend the London office a couple of times a month for meetings, collaboration, or social events.
