Conveyancer - Residential Property | Harrow A well‑established, Lexcel and CQS‑accredited law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its national residential property team in Harrow. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident conveyancer who can manage their own caseload and contribute to a high‑performing department. About You

Significant experience handling sales, purchases, remortgages, shared ownership, lease variations, new build purchases, Help to Buy and related matters Ideally 5+ years PQE (Solicitor, CLC or CILEX) Confident managing a full caseload independently and able to hit the ground running Strong local knowledge and experience working with residential property clients

Key Responsibilities

Manage all conveyancing matters from initial instruction through to post‑completion Handle residential sales and purchases Manage remortgage and equity release transactions Review and check titles for freehold and leasehold properties Manage transfers of equity and matrimonial transfers Provide guidance and training to conveyancing assistants Build and maintain client relationships within the local area Cross‑refer clients to other departments where appropriate Apply strong knowledge of the local property marketManage a varied residential property caseload efficiently and accurately Provide cover for other offices when required
