Role Overview This role contributes to the success of the City of Bradford’s residential services by supporting the delivery of high-quality care in line with Council policies. The postholder will support the home’s Statement of Purpose, focusing on achieving positive outcomes for children and striving for an Ofsted rating of “Good” or better. Key Duties May Include Acting as key worker for individual children, contributing to care planning, behaviour management plans, risk assessments, and health plans.
