Along with a salary of £22,800 per annum, you will receive rent-free live-in accommodation (a 2-bedroom first-floor flat), plus a range of benefits.

Caring about people is at the core of the business ethos. In this role, youll be delivering the high standard of service expected by the Landlord and Leaseholders.
As Residential Manager, your responsibilities will include: Creating a welcoming, supportive environment for residents and acting as the first point of contact Carrying out twice-daily routine building safety checks and liaising with contractors for scheduled and emergency building and grounds services Ensuring new residents feel welcomed and assisting them to settle in Maintaining links with next of kin, local authorities, doctors, social workers, health authorities, etc., and building strong working relationships Facilitating social events and helping to build a friendly, inclusive community Ensuring compliance with all site-based Health, Safety & Safeguarding regulations Collecting payments for any development bookings or...
