Residential Development Solicitor, 4+ years, Leeds, To c£90,000 (DOE) – A fabulous opportunity to join a market leading Residential Development team within this national law firm. JOB REF: 3068

This high-impact role will see you working closely with top housebuilders and specialist developers on major projects across England and Wales. You will be responsible for a varied caseload including land acquisitions, developer collaboration agreements, disposals of serviced parcels, funding arrangements and regeneration projects. Applications are sought from Residential Development Solicitors with at least 4 years' PQE in real estate, ideally with experience advising on and an interest in specialising in development projects. You’ll be collaborative and commercially astute, with a keen interest in residential development work. You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment. Competitive remuneration package on offer.
